5 lbs. pork shoulder (lean)                             1 teaspoon pepper

1 small onion chopped fine                            1 teaspoon cardamom

1 Tablespoon salt                                           1/4 teaspoon allspice

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

1 cup soup stock or 1 can bouillon

 

Grind pork one or two times (butcher will grind).  Add seasoning and mix well.  Add bouillon a little at a time so all is absorbed.  Make patties and freeze, defrost before using.  Makes 4 dozen.  To cook, fry slowly in covered skillet about 20 minutes.
